If two
brains are better than one, then 200 ingenious ones put together creates an
unstoppable force. United, there is nothing we couldn't do. Not a single path
we couldn't walk. Not a single challenge we couldn't face and not a single task
we couldn't finish.
Some may
know us as the
cursed-to-be-the-most-junior-batch-for-almost-1-and-a-half-years, some as their
immediate senior ayyalas and akkalas... but for most of us, we are just simply
DAHAYA.
For most
of us, it started with an ordinary facebook group and went onto become the
single most treasured and prided aspect of our life at UCFM.
Our
friendship, love and understanding for each other was and will always continue
to be on a one way trip to the moon. Every event and every challenge we had to
face over the last one and a half years, only strengthened the bonds that held
us together. We have grown together to the point where we all consider each
other as nothing but our own immediate family or 'ape aya'.
Be it an
'ala' challenge, like any exam in this "Faculty if Examinations" or
IBSS repeat campaign OR a 'non-ala' challenge like Medfest, Deepa Manjari, or
even organizing an international conference; the spirit of DAHAYA has always
been undying. To use the jargon we understand the most (or are supposed
to understand) no direct allosteric inhibition or negative feed back inhibition
could tone us down. We have and we will always continue to prove, that nothing
is too big in the face of Dahaya and nothing can stop us from reaching our
ultimate goal.
All in
all, the journey of brotherhood (and sisterhood) of Dahaya has been
extraordinary. The peaks of it made the troughs all worthwhile. It's the unity,
devotion and laughter that managed to keep us afloat in this enormous ocean of
information and undying stress.
Yeah, its
an amazing experience and i wouldnt trade it for the world.
